Deb and I, once again, visited the never boring Saint Marks National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday June 10, 2017 to photograph the sunrise along with anything else we could find of interest. Of course, since we live about 125 miles from the refuge we had to crawl out of bed very early that morning to be there and set up before the sun made it grand appearance. Oh, but it was well worth it. At least we thought so. Maybe you will agree.
I, Bill, captured this gorgeous sunrise standing behind the St. Marks lighthouse looking somewhat to the east, southeast when I captured the image with my Nikon D810 camera plus a Nikon 24mm wide angle lens while focusing between two palm trees out over a lagoon as the sun rose over the horizon. It was if mother nature was saying to us "here I am Bill & Deb, get your best photographs while you can". And so we did.
All visits to our FAA-Pixels art sites are welcomed, encouraged and very much appreciated. Please visit often and, if you will, tell your friends and family about our art sites. They may find something they like and thank you for the tip.
