Deb and I made our final trip this past Saturday, June 17, 2017, to the bird rookery located on the Alligator Farm, which is located in Saint Augustine, Florida for this year as it appeared the majority of the new bird births have reached the stage where they are near ready to leave the rookery.
This scene was captured by Deb and if you will notice it is showing a juvenile tricolored heron in a truly beautiful area, at least in our opinions, which is why we titled this posting "Natures Wildlife Paradise". The surrounding vegetation is stunningly gorgeous as it looks like a Garden of Eden or in our mind it does.
We posted two images of this scene. One is Deb's "stand-alone" photograph and this image, which is of a " digitally painted version" of the photograph. When I, Bill, saw this image my brains "flashbulb" lite up instantly screening to me this scene needs to be painted. And so I did. I, of course, realize this is not for everyone. I always like to refer to the old saying "different strokes for different folks". However, I like it a lot and so maybe a few of you will too. After applying the painted effects then I added "Painting" to complete the title.
All visits to our FAA-Pixels art sites are welcomed, encouraged and appreciated. Please visit often and, if you will, tell your friends and family about our art sites. They may find something they like and thank you for the tip.
